zakariya´sbirthday party preperations for tomorrow(will there be a party?)

Saturday, December 19, 2009

brought all the stuff for zakariya´s birthday party but at the moment looks like no one once to come now because they are afraid to catch what ayman has as some of his friends celerbrate christmas and a couzple who don´t are going away on holiday and don´t want to be ill on holiday.can understand that but i am abit dissappointed with my sil who say´s she probably wont come with her 3 kids as she is afraid her 4 year old might catch what ayman has.normally i would also understand that but she persauded my husband to go and visit her son when he got to tunisia before going to visit his father his whole reason for going there.lotfi wanted to wait till the end of the holiday before going there as all the family was ill and he didn´t want to get ill to pass anything on to his father and also he didn´t want to be ill there.it didn´t matter if he got ill on the way back.but because she had some stuff she wanted him to give her son.so my husband being what he is and not liking to say no to family did just that.luckily he didn´t get ill from them.so using her own aguements i think she could come to the party or even leave the 4 year old with her husband and come with the two older kids.maybe i am just being unreasonable but this is zakariya´s first birthday party.he has either always been ill in hospital on his birthday or we were in tunisia as he was not yet in school so we could travel.now he is in school that is not the case.he is so looking forward to this party as it is his first either way i am determined to do a party even though it wouldn´t be the same with just us four but all the food i brought will go to waste,a friend suggested posponeing it to another day but as next week is christmas and the week after that new year his friends have visiters or are visiing family themselfs and know one has the time.so looks like itwill end up being a teaparty for us lot and the booty bags and stuff i have brought for them will just have to be given to the kids that were invited as it was.less work for me i suppose but still have to tidy the place up and get things ready as who knows maybe one of the people change their minds and come after all.so here is my list for today.

That is the best idea! Celebrate anyway! Who cares if no one comes! It's there loss!

Both my girls are Christmas babies and this year was their first birthday party that was not snowed out. My eldest daughter is 9. Even though she never had a party that people could attend, her birthday has always been celebrated!

Make it special the best you can. You should recommend that friends and family atleast call to wish him a happy birthday!

Celebrate with Zakariya. He'll have your attention and some of his favorite foods. He'll enjoy giving the treat bags out later.

Maybe he can have a party to celebrate 1/2 birthday in six months. Our school children who have birthdays during the summer (when there is no school) celebrate with their classmates on their 1/2 birthday.
