60mins All Star Workout Kick Box with Tommy Deters
30mins Namaste Yoga
It's Friday but guess what? That doesn't mean I will throw all my hard
work from this week away. I WILL stick to the plan, drink my water,
eat within my calorie range, give myself a break if I don't,
live a little & celebrate every moment of my life!! How bout you?

don't have. You can always give love & best wishes. Well it will
work on some adults but I don't if it would work on most kids. LOL
