whoo! so my boifriend is out of town, which means I am eating only what I prepare, and getting to work out quite a bit. However, my social calendar has been super busy, which is wonderful! but it means I have't hit the gym nearly enough this week! Today I WILL go to the gym! I got my hair cut last night right after work, and had to walk/jog back home about 3 miles to get home in time to finish cooking dinner for my friend, so there is exercise!!! I was super busy though all day yesterday, didn't have breakfast and didn't drink nearly enough water. All will be changing for today!
3 tbs half and half
2 splenda packets
two slices of roasted eggplant w/ pubcheese
two slices of roasted eggplant
2 tbs ricotta w tomato sauce and cheese
3 slices of roasted eggplant
3 tbs ricotta w/ tomato sauce and cheese
1/2 slice of bread
morning stretch 10 minutes
walked three miles at brisk pace (35 mins)
bad girl treat!
3 thin mint cookies (must get them out of house!)
