Just for today - take a moment to appreciate all that you are and all that you can be! Just for today - let peace and love reign in your heart, soul and mind! We can do anything - one day at a time. Begin now! emoticon

Ok, no more beating oneself up or feeling sorry for one's self. It's a new year. You've added several Spark Friends, including me. We are in this for the long haul...together. Feel free to write me personally too. We are doing this. There will be times we fall off the wagon and even go back not just a few but maybe even many steps. Get up. Dust yourself off and begin again. No pity parties allowed, my friend.

Don't beat yourself up. If you slipped up a little bit, it's okay. I gained 20 lbs back! That sucks! BUT I'm back on track again and I forgive myself for being human.

If you come down too hard on yourself, you will percieve your goal as an unatable achievement. Little by Little, Ounce by Ounce, Pound By Pound, Day by Day YOU WILL GET THERE!

Stay Positive. Stay Perky. Stay Persistant!

Hang in there. Remember every road has speed bumps, hills and occasionally U-turns.

Hang in there and take heart. This is the beginning of a new start. Rock today, then have an awesome Saturday and you now have two strong days going for you.

Hang in there. The most important fact right now is that you want to do better and are experiencing an attitude adjustment. You will do fine.....we all have those times when we feel defeated.

Atta girl. In the words of Winston Churchill "Never give up. Never. Never. Never. Never." Identify the source of the gain and work toward rectifying. We all gain, I have yet to meet anyone who has not lost weight only to gain back occasionally. Don't get depressed, that has no benefit. Just recommit to yourself and your health goals and all your Sparkfriends will be here for support (and give you a little kick if needed).

9 lbs is not the end of the world, although i know how frustrating it can feel. you know what it takes to lose it, so get back to it! no time like the present.
