GAME PLAN

1. Stay in calorie range 6/d a week (I need a free day to stay sane)

2. Drink a minimum of 12 glasses of water daily (I got my bottle ready)

3. Cardio 3x For 30/min Minimum
4. Encourage others (I want others to know how good I feel too!)

5. Log food and exercise(It keeps me accountable)

6. Spark daily(keeps me motivated)

7.Try new things (it keeps me from getting bored)

8. Continue 2 work on my daily appearance (it makes me feel good in side)

9. Keep sparking


... and I wanna lose the rest and give and receive help while doing so...I love my spark family...Thank You for everything. Truly because of the friendships I have gained and the support and motivation that I received here it has enabled me to make other positive changes in other area's of my life. I am becoming a better person daily. I am fearless in what lies ahead and making changes for the better everyday. I am attempting things that I only thought about in the past. I am making it happen and I am humble enough to give credit were credit is do. 2009 has been a roller coaster. Things have happened this year that I have never imagined. I have ended a 18 yr relationship. I had another baby. I really need to focus on whats best for me in the future. I can achieve anything and I forgot that for a little while. I love myself and I need to show it. I have a struggle ahead but I am up for the challenge. I started this year at 320lbs and I am 260 now.     Sounds like a good game plan...and I loved reading the emotional and psychological changes you are embracing for the year. It speaks to the level of transformation you are seeking.

I thin for many of us - the psychology has to change before the weight can change...

  Yeah, that's a rollercoaster all right. But great atttitude! Your number 8 is very important. When I felt fat and ugly, I dressed that way. Now I put on makeup and check the mirror before I leave home.
