Ok so im thinking of becoming a Lacto-Ovo Vegetarian
(vegies

fruit

nuts

low fat cheeses

and eggs

)
Yea i know sounds a little crazy but i think it would be something good to try and i wouldnt be doing it for any weight loss reasons just simply trying to incorporate more of the stuff that i dont....Id really only be cutting out turkey, chicken, and fish because i dont really have any of the other stuff vegetarians dont eat,...
What do you think?
