Guilty Pleasures

So, for a week I was really good. Tracking my food and keeping it within 1200-1300 cals and I even did some strength training on Friday. The past two days (not including today) I took "off" because Sunday is a day of "rest" and Monday I visited my dad and we made brownies. Well, I'm doing fine still because I'm learning to eat when I'm hungry, and only until I'm satisfied. As a matter of fact, today I indulged in *gasp* Dark Chocolate M&M's.... Yummmm...... It was sooooo satisying, and I can still have a good dinner. I haven't blown my cals for the day.

I'm making it through now. I'm making strides, and working hard. I'm going to make it to my goals. Though the way may be tricky and tough, SparkPeople is my guide. I know I will see this through to the other side. I will grow through this, and I will become stronger as a result. Maybe I can inspire others to become more healthy.

I'm learning still, even after all this time. I'm going to make it to my destination, and I will continue my journey. I will slip. I will indulge. I will prevail. I will succeed. I will be healthy. And so will you. One needs only to apply oneself.
