It's Here! It's Here!

My Calotren has arrived! I'm excited! But nervous!

There is some information on here about over-growth of yeast and what symptoms may occur. I have most of them! Soooo I think I'll be asking my doctor about that when I go in to see him in January. It says here that it can cause difficulty in losing weight too. Hmmm....

It has all these "for optimum benefit" things but I don't think they make sense for me at this time. I'm already changing my eating habits. And they include a lot of meat protein. I've talked to the people who sell this stuff and they say I don't have to do exactly what is in the book to get the results I'm looking for, that the stuff in there is for people who don't know how to go about changing their eating habits. It's all basically stuff from the US Gov. Food Pyramid.

So I will start this tonight. Tomorrow I will be hitting the gym!

It's a dietary supplement. I know there is no magic pill. But I figure it like this: Every little bit helps at this point. The morning radio program on KASE 101 that I listen to here has a DJ that has been using it. His name is Bama Brown and he is always raving about how he owes his life to the stuff. He has lost 95 pounds slowly and effectively and is keeping it off. I looked into it and talked to a lot of people before making the decision to try it. I know a lot of the reviews out there are calling it nothing more than a fancy laxative. But that is because it has aloe in it which can have that effect. But it isn't the main ingredient, there isn't enough in it to cause any problems. And if anyone knows anything about Aloe they know it's a mild softener and not a laxative. It helps that I study herbs! LOL I've tried all kinds of other things and I am doing this as a last ditch effort before going through with a surgery for lap band or by-pass. For both of those surgeries I also have to be able to prove I've spent money on trying to lose weight other ways. Well this will add to that if nothing else.
