resetting my life,or should that be goal setting.

for the last two and a half weeks since i had my shock over ayman(seems longer than that really)have i let my emotions get away with me and my eating as well.so much so that in two weeks i have put on 8lbs.it is now the time to reset my life and get the scales going in the right direction.my husband went away yesturday for two weeks as his father is very ill.i am going to try and use this time to reorganise or rather to get better organised.here goes for i forgotten how many times.lets press the reset bottom and start afresh from scratch again.wiping out all my failures,leaving them behind and not dwelling on them.here is to a new start.i will write my goals down and later in the day tick them off.i have this idea from jen another sparker.i will try and do it on a daily basis and see how it goes.wish me luck.thank you all my spark friends that have been pushing and supporting me through this difficult time especially genia,jen, beverly and jean who have inspired me to start afresh today weather they know it or not.thank you thank you thank you.

#set up a work plan for the week.#started but not finished.

try and keep in calorie range.100 CALORIES OVER:
hover right through and wash the floors.#goal met.
change all the beddings and wash them.# did zakariya´s and ayman´s the rest i will do tomorrow.
do the ironing before it piles up.# goal met.
do crafts with the kids.#GOT BACK FROM WALK TOO LATE WILL DO TOMORROW:
