    I did Slim in 6 3 years ago adn had the same symptoms. they only last for a short period of time!!! I lost 40 pounds :) (went from 185 to 145 pounds) However, i didnt loose much the first 4 weeks, but on week 5, i started "melting" away, loosing 5 pounds a week... Keep it up!!!!

    I've had such a poopy week, I have just looked at my Slim in 6. Thanks for "pushing" or motivating me to continue on :o)

    I've never heard of the Shred and I agree with you. The treadmill is boredom unless you are in a gym WITH someone. I think, anyway.

    4 pound left?! You are totally awesome! You can do this!
