I didn't do too bad last week. I made healthy eating decisions (for the most part) although I still drank as much wine as I normally do. It's so hard to stay off the wine after dinner!! Maybe that will be my New Year's Resolution. I worked out five days this past week, and walk/ran 13 miles. Staying focused will be a toughy for the next couple of weeks (we're traveling everywhere to see family and friends), and I'll try hard, but tis the season and if I have to get back on track in January it's no big deal...I'm already at my goal weight!
Goals for this week:
1- Keep up good eating habits
2- Don't over drink (stick to only 2 glasses of wine!)
3- Workout AT LEAST four days (go running two days in Chattanooga)
4- Get all packing and holiday wrapping/shopping done!
