    This has changed many times. Right now my biggest thing is how to sustain muscle mass and lose fat. I also like to see different exercise plans.

    Hi all,
Well it depends on what type of information I run across. If it's just an article about general weight loss etc. Then it has to something that interest me or inspires me like a muscle book. If it is some kind of diet it has to be something that I can eat or can do for x amount of time. Usually, I personally like to get a magazine like Shape and pick up some tips and there's usually something or someone in there that inspires me. I hope this helps....
