Shoot for the moon...Anything is possible!

Saturday, December 12, 2009

Do responsibilites & obligations as an adult have you thinking that you can't have dreams that are larger than life? That if you can't have it all, it's not worth trying?

Get rid of that negative thinking! Possiblities are only limited by our own self-made barriers! So here's something for you to do in the coming weeks. Stop and observe children-your own or others you encounter. See & feel their excitement, zest for life,
and their built in desire to excel propel them to unlimited possibilities. Try to harness even a little of that enthusiasm into your own quest to achieve your goals and dreams

Challenge yourself to dig deeper with in and rediscover those forgotten dreams.
Remember this quote from Les Brown, "Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you’ll land among the stars!"

I know its all about how you look at it. I KNOW this, but I cannot seem to practice it sometimes although I should, and I want to! I am trying.

Heres wishing you a warm and wonderful weekend!

Great post! Changing the way I looked at my life has changed it in ways I never could have imagined! I also had the pleasure many years ago to hear Les Brown speak when he was here in my city. I've been a fan of his for a long time. Now my glass is always half-full (ok, three-quarters, haha). Thanks for posting!

I like this positive outlook. It's nice to take the time to appreciate the good things in life. Sometimes we take these things for granted.
