I did it !! Whoo hooo!! I finished over 30 days of no sugar added. That's no sweets, cookies, baked goods, no sugar in my tea, no maple syrup, no sugar derivative in my foods. I have felt great. I have lost close to 5 lbs and 1% body fat. I just chose to eat fruit when I wanted something sweet. I drank my tea with out sugar and I grew to like it. I drank lots of water and ate healthy and ate almost no processed foods. I have noticed I don't want the sweets like a used to. I ate a piece of a cupcake last night just to taste it. Normally I would eat 3 cupcakes but instead just a taste and I didn't even feel like I was depriving myself. I felt and I feel great! Thanks for following me on this journey. I am now ready to lead a healthier life and hopefully I just cut my chances of diabetes down. Thanks all for your support!
