Down 16.2 ... I want to lose at least 1.2 a week and I'll be at my goal of 20 pounds by new years.

Here is the link for our team's biggest loser challenge. It will only work for team members due to our team being private. www.sparkpeople.com/mysp

emoticon Glad you're back, I hope you're "back" for good now! I mean come on - if they can do it, then so can we. Go out to eat and have candy all you want after May (if you still want to), but from now until then, it's boot camp, baby!

chris, you can definitly do it. yes it may seem hard...but you have to train yourself not to eat those candies. i know you can do this! if i can do it, so can you. when you think you want those candy youre really dehidrated. drink water or sweet iced tea from starbucks unsweeted ( or make iced tea at home ) instead of eating the candy. good luck!
