2010 is almost here!

Down 16.2 ... I want to lose at least 1.2 a week and I'll be at my goal of 20 pounds by new years.

Here is the link for our team's biggest loser challenge. It will only work for team members due to our team being private.

    This will be FUN Chris! You can do this! Just keep up with your tracking to keep yourself accountable. Don't forget to exercise!
I've lost .6 this week, 25 lbs total! I'm at my halfway point!

    emoticon Glad you're back, I hope you're "back" for good now! I mean come on - if they can do it, then so can we. Go out to eat and have candy all you want after May (if you still want to), but from now until then, it's boot camp, baby!

    chris, you can definitly do it. yes it may seem hard...but you have to train yourself not to eat those candies. i know you can do this! if i can do it, so can you. when you think you want those candy youre really dehidrated. drink water or sweet iced tea from starbucks unsweeted ( or make iced tea at home ) instead of eating the candy. good luck!

    Hey Chris..Im looking forward to the biggest loser challenge. Thanks for the idea, it was a GREAT ONE!

I did a booboo on my weight this week. I am only down 0.2 not 0.4 but better to lose I guess. Should have done my LAST CHANCE WORK OUT instead of taking that "day of rest" after the shred lol...

have agreat day and I am so looking forward to seeing you and even doing that blog! YAY less then2 weeks baby!
