Sorry it's long, but lots of "stuff" here! And just so you all know, this is what works for ME, it is just suggestions to lower your calorie intake, and be able to eat healthier foods etc. No offence to ANYBODY and no names are used, for this reason. Please know everybody is different. But also remember MODERATION of anything is better then over indulging. So please just take this as what it is. SUGGESTIONS..

    Wait until you see mine, I had a hard day today. I didn't get my sleep and was a little off today. I noticed when I don't sleep well I make poor food choices. I had trouble with cheese today too. I just did my food tracker just before reading this blog. You're not psychic are you? You will see what I mean! Thanks for all you do!

    thanks for the advice teresa! also chris gave me some advice on what food choices and to eat often but little! i'm defently going to make a big change and to plan my foods like you said but i might struggle with it lol actually im just doing my weekly shopping list! and i'm having trouble finding suitable fibre bars!

    SO true about the cheese. Haha I don't know if you were specifically talking about mine or anything, but unfortunately for me, I get it my cheese through WIC, so it's there - BUT....I often don't eat cheese, on sandwiches, salads, etc...I always specify WITHOUT cheese because it's so bad. I had it once this week for the first time in a couple weeks and went overboard, but I still realized it and didn't go too far over. Second, I only have croutons like once a month - and they're at work *the prisoners make them from leftover bread and they don't have them that often*, because I work in a prison and we don't get a choice about what dressing we get. The salad bad is just an iceburg lettuce combo, we don't have "Salad accessories", so to speak... and I would love to have a plan and more groceries to choose from, but finances are a bit too tight to go grocery shopping at this point. Sad, but true :( so I try and make the best with the free salad at lunch at work.... haha oh and it's 60 minutes to work each way!!! :) I only pre-cook chicken at this point because it's the one thing I "splurge" on.

I agree about the teams. I just withdrew from a few so I could focus on this one and the LIFEGENESIS' BL challenge - and get ready for C25K

Also I think its funny that our team is so challenging and hard working - even though the title is "start the day off with good INTENTIONS" haha.. I guess it just proves that setting "small" goals can result in BIG results :)

    Haha.. I hope you didnt look at mine!
I know the mistakes I made, but I held myself accountable and it's getting easier to make healthier choices every day. =)
