Sorry it's long, but lots of "stuff" here! And just so you all know, this is what works for ME, it is just suggestions to lower your calorie intake, and be able to eat healthier foods etc. No offence to ANYBODY and no names are used, for this reason. Please know everybody is different. But also remember MODERATION of anything is better then over indulging. So please just take this as what it is. SUGGESTIONS..
