A few weeks ago I felt like I was actually making some headway. I had lost a couple pounds that I couldn't get past. Now I feel hungry all the time and I have a hard controlling my cravings. I gained 5 pounds and I just can't seem to get my eating under control.
I realize some of it is emotional eating. I just went through a breakup that has been long overdue. I kept fretting about it for months, but its finally done. I'm doing ok with that, I think, now if i could just drop these 5 pounds I put on, I might feel like I'm back on track.
