...going out to everyone who sends me SparkGoodies and pep talks on my blogs and SparkPage!

Since losing out on my SparkPeople access at work and being so CRAZY/BUSY at home, etc...my SparkTime has been greatly trimmed and as much as the spirit is willing, even EAGER to jump in and catch up with you all individually, it just isn't possible these days.

In fact...if anyone is interested in co-leading any of the SparkTeams I lead I would welcome the assistance in keeping the SparkTeams hopping and lively. I feel badly over not being as involved with my Teams as I would like to be.

SparkMail me if you're interested...!

Don

I'm worried about losing my Spark access at work too. Some days when I try to log on, nothing happens. Either I get a blank page or it jumps right back to the main login screen. I am thinking that they are updating the security settings.

Anyhow, balance is so important in everything we do. Good luck as you make it all work.

Sorry to hear about you being so busy Don. I know how hard it is to balance everything. TRUST ME. If I wasn't so busy, I would happily help you co-lead. Some days I see myself coming and going. I have been trying to leave all my "spare" (which is time I make up in my head by not doing something like ohhhh scrub the house) to get back to my hardcore workouts.

It sounds like you are trying to do the same balancing act which can be quite stressful.

I hope everything irons out for you soon. BTW, you are right, you are my hero in every since of the word. And I want to thank you for to continuing to support me as I continue my journey.
