I think I need to congratulate myself for how well I've been doing lately. I have a long list of minuses in my head, and I think I need to counter each of them with plusses.

- I haven't lost any weight since July.
+ I haven't gained any either! And my whole family went out of their way to tell me I looked great at Thanksgiving.

- Sore ankles are keeping me from running.
+ Just the fact that I started running at all is a major plus. And I'm motivated to keep going, I keep trying even when I failed to complete the last run.

- I haven't been tracking my nutrition.
+ My new tracking streak is two whole days long!

- It gets dark so early in the evening, I haven't been able to drag myself to any night classes.
+ Hm... having trouble thinking of a plus to counter this one. I want to start doing videos in the evening, but haven't started yet.

    I'll send a big congrats your way as well!! I like the +/- system- keeps you from spiraling toward all negatives!

-during the holiday season and no weight gain is awesome!
- kudos to running- i keep trying to get myself started but i just don't like running!
-nutrition is never easy for me to track- but i know it does help!!
- i know what you mean about it getting dark early--maybe a positive would be getting up earlier to work out? idk i'm not a morning person so I wouldn't do it lol but you might be...
