I think I need to congratulate myself for how well I've been doing lately. I have a long list of minuses in my head, and I think I need to counter each of them with plusses.
- I haven't lost any weight since July.
+ I haven't gained any either! And my whole family went out of their way to tell me I looked great at Thanksgiving.
- Sore ankles are keeping me from running.
+ Just the fact that I started running at all is a major plus. And I'm motivated to keep going, I keep trying even when I failed to complete the last run.
- I haven't been tracking my nutrition.
+ My new tracking streak is two whole days long!
- It gets dark so early in the evening, I haven't been able to drag myself to any night classes.
+ Hm... having trouble thinking of a plus to counter this one. I want to start doing videos in the evening, but haven't started yet.
