I'm finally getting over the worst of this nasty cold. Not being able to sleep well and then working 3 nights in a row with it has left me completely wiped out. The scales showed a 1/2 lb increase which I'm ok with considering I kept my workouts very easy last week. So I'm trying to get back into harder workouts this week and stick to my nutrition plan. The holidays are coming fast so I need to regain my momentum to stay on track!
