Yesterday my sons football team had their year end banquet. I figured out over the summer that when it is covered dish I make the 20 min chicken cerole. It is a big hit and I can eat it also. Well I didn't stay in my range.... not enough calories. I ate little bits of everything I wanted to eat. I ate 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes, 1 yam, 1/2 cup chicken cerole, small peice of ham, 1/4 cup of potato salad and 3 peices of peanutbutter fudge. I was proud of myself but not enough calories. oh by the way that was all of my food consumption for the day minus the chocolate covered filled krispy kreme that I ate for breakfast.
