eating at a banquet

Yesterday my sons football team had their year end banquet. I figured out over the summer that when it is covered dish I make the 20 min chicken cerole. It is a big hit and I can eat it also. Well I didn't stay in my range.... not enough calories. I ate little bits of everything I wanted to eat. I ate 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes, 1 yam, 1/2 cup chicken cerole, small peice of ham, 1/4 cup of potato salad and 3 peices of peanutbutter fudge. I was proud of myself but not enough calories. oh by the way that was all of my food consumption for the day minus the chocolate covered filled krispy kreme that I ate for breakfast.

    I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU DIDN'T HAVE ALL YOUR CALORIES FOR THE DAY WITH 3 PIECES OF PEANUTBUTTER FUDGE. BOY HOW I LOVB MY CANDY BUT I ONLY HAVE 4 DAYS TO MAKE MY FIRST GOAL FOR MY BIRTHDAY. I MADE A 15 LBS OFF BY THEN AND HAVE 13.4 LBS....SO WON'T DO IT UNTIL SATURDAY AT LEAST..THEN WILL SET GO TO LOSE ANOTHER 10 AND SO ON UNTIL I GET THERE. I THINK YOU DID YOU EATING WHAT YOU DID AND THAT WAS IT FOR THE DAY I KNOW YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO GET SO MANY CALORIES A DAY BUT I THINK JUST A LITTLE LESS ONCE IN A WHILE MIGHT BE GOOD...I STILL LIKE WHAT YOU WROTE TELLING EXACTLLY WHAT YOU ATE... emoticon
