I have had some success since I started eating healthier and (trying to) exercising. I have lost 3 lbs in dthe first week. I had no real trouble during the work week, but when the weekend came it was really hard for me.
My friends and I go out to eat on Friday and Saturday and on Sunday I watch football with some of my other friends. I found it really hard to resist the finger-foods that are always served while we watch the game.
I was talking to one of my buddies about how I was trying to start dieting or at least eating healthier and he said what has always worked for him was to have a "cheat day".
DOES ANYONE ELSE DO THIS???
I found it intriguing that I could have whatever I wanted for one day a week...would it really help me establish my goal because I could have what I craved for one day out of the week?
I was thinking about trying it but figured i'd ask you guys first, as you are the ones who have probably tried it all! :)
