I had a busy weekend. With guests at home and my mom gone, I had to manage all of them myself.. But at the end it is a rewarding experience.. and one item off of my check-list :)
But now, I am down with a severe cold and head ache.. I am trying all the home remedies I can to get over it so that I don't have to take medicines.. Hope that works! So I am on a take-it-easy mode now and no exercise..
And a great news: I have made it through 14 nights of no eating in the night.. Yes that is 2 weeks in a row.. I guess I am getting closer to making it a habit.. I feel it gets easier with time (touch wood) and I hope I completely get rid of this evil night time grazing habit... I have to bring myself to a habit where if I am eating something junk in the night that means I have it accommodated under my calorie range for the day..
And I am planning to begin another streak from today.. All these days I haven't been doing well with tracking my food intake.. Though I was counting them here and there, I wasn't too honest with it.. So from today I am going to put in my nutrition intake as well into SP. Lets see how that goes. I have been gaining weight these days and I need to be able to find out if the real culprit is my steroid or I am just blaming it on my steroid and eating junk :)
This week is going to be damn busy with more guests.. But my mom will be back for a while and so I don't have to stress too much.. But I need to be able to keep myself healthy and enjoy every moment with them and balance my hectic work schedule.. SO, now I am back to drinking lots of fluids and staying warm..
