Seated spine stretch
Sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Roll your hi[s forward. Lace your fingers and extend your arms straight up so your palms are facing the ceiling and elbows are locked. Pull your shoulder blades together and relax your abs.
Hold for 30 seconds.
Repeat as often as you'd like throughout the day.
