When things go wrong, don't go with them.

A great quote for me to really think about. I've started full force so many times with so many good intentions and then usually let things slip back to old patterns/habits. I have spent the time to create so many great tools and visual items to remind me how I want to lead a healthier life.
So here I am trying to focus again. Monday is always my start day. It gives me time to clean up kitchen cupboards and put things into a better perspective.

Small change:water intake, journal
Exercise: Gym for cardio and abdomen exercises this week
I've created two boxes that I will use and select a choice each week and focus on that.
My small changes and exercise boxes will be good tools for me to become a healthier person.

I remember when I started sparks I didn't like water so I forced myself to drink 1 glass 1 day and I thought I'd work up to it. It took me 6 months but I learned to drink 8 glasses of water a day. I would sometimes put in lemon juice to flavor the water no sugar added. Like going to a restaurant and adding a lemon to your water. Then I finally weaned myself of that and drink it straight. I also have started drinking 10 glasses a day. I don't drink as much tea at night and I still drink 4 cups of coffee in the morning. My exercise was the same. I started at 15 min. and added a min. each week because I had Dr. orders not to exercise back then. Now when I get Dr. orders not to I start off at half hour and add 5 min. a week to the time til I reach an hour or 45 min. I do 45 min. on walking and treadmill and an hour on stationary bike.
