Today was the "best SparkRally yet," according to Bester8472. We had a fun time at the SparkMinneapolis/St. Paul team's December SparkRally at Summit Brewery in St. Paul. We took an hour tour and then got to sample the beers. An occasional drink can have a place in a healthy lifestyle. Just watch your calories so you don't sabotage your weight loss plans. Here are some photos from our day.

After the fermentation room we went on to see the bottling area. Then off to the refrigeration area - brrrr...38 degrees in there. In this area they keep a 10 week supply of beer. You can see the kegs and bottles of beer in the background of these photos.

I resisted the urge to sing 100 bottles of beer on the wall (you know the one - 100 bottles of beer, 100 bottles of beer, you take one down pass it around, 99 bottles of beer on the wall).

Next it was on to the samples. For those who don't drink alcohol, were designated drivers and/or under 21 they had 1919 root beer on tap (good root beer).
