I just read another blog by a Spark member where she praised the benefits of green tea. The tip sounded so sound and healthy that I am going to make myself accountable here for replacing my coffee with green tea. I'm off to make some and start a healthier habit. Here's to our health!
9/25/10 My efforts at consuming more green tea did wane. I have experimented with some different varieties of tea--thank you spark members for the ideas. I enjoy ginger tea mixed with water as a refreshing beverage. I keep looking for new tea ideas so I will continue to update here.
