Monday – 100 Jumping Jacks (4 sets of 25 or 5 sets of 5)
Tuesday – 30 Crunches w/Twist, 30 Wall Pushups, 10 Pushups, 30 Squats
Wednesday – 100 Skips (indoor or outdoor)
Thursday – 30 Side Lunges (15 on each side), 30 Alternative Bicep Curls (15 on each side), Plank (Hold at least 30 seconds), 10 Bicycle Crunches
Friday – 25 Butt Kicks, 50 Hops, 25 Jump Rope
Saturday – CLOSED
Sunday - CLOSED
