What the HECK!

Maybe its the fact that TOM is coming? I dont know??? BUTTTT I have NOT stopped eating today, and NOT CLEAN either :/

It's only 4:15 pm and I'm already at 1430 cals for the day!!! Slipping away from the 170's and it's makin me sad :(

Why?!?! do I do this to myself? emoticon

    2 days ago, gummie bears, diet coke, chocochip cookies LOTS!, popcorn...ick then the same yesterday and TOM arrived! Today is day 2 of TOM's visit and I seem to be over it. Thank GOD!

    Thank you Ladies!! I needed to hear this!! The water part I don't have an issue with, (had 9 glasses) so far today, its the snacks....I have portioned and packaged snacks, 90 cal this, and 100 cal bar that...etc

    Everyone haas had days like that. Don't let it derail you for the rest of the week. I NEVER beat myself up for days like this, I just make it a point to do better tomorrow (and try to work out a little harder to offset the damage:-))

    i did the same exact thing 3 days ago. I stuffed my face with everything I could find- I was hungry every hour on the hour- and THEN SOME! I was panicking but i couldn't stop. My body needed energy- because all of mine was SUCKED OUT!

sure enough- 48 hours later- TOM *BOOM*. I talked to at least 30 people who all said it is normal. I was just lucky enough that everything in my house that I could throw a lip over was healthy.

Now I will make sure to pack the house with individually wrapped healthy things, and finger foods, and easily accessible meals that are all healthy- and get one half pint of chocolate froyo for when it gets just too bad.

I think you are fine. I know EXACTLY what you are talking about. Just think of your calories as a weekly goal this week- instead of a daily opportunity for disaster.

    I have days like that! It will pass. Try just drinking lots of water and avoid the snacks. It will suck and you won't want to do it but it must be done! But also remember, you will get back on track tomorrow!
