I'm back again!

After a few month hiatus from Spark, I have come back. I decided I need the ongoing accounability of a place to log my exercise and activities along with my intake ... or I find that both can get a little out of whack without me even knowing! I have set some tangible goals, and look to be held accountable to them. It is a journey to say the least!

    When I first started with SP I logged everything before I ate it because I was really a bad judge on portions and stuff!

    Logging your food and exercise does make you more aware of what you are doing and, sometimes, what you should be doing. With the holidays, it's a good time to be aware of what you are doing so you can control your cravings without feeling overly guilty afterwards.
