So I'm on day 2 of the challenge.
I'm feeling good because I have clearly defined, and measurable goals. I have a solid plan for achieving those goals. I'm building a good network of support. I've taken my 'before' photos and measurements. I've got a great partner who is with me on this challenge, and is cheering me on to win.
I'm drinking my water.
I'm making healthy choices for food.
I'm working on getting more exercise.
I'm going to stay that way!
