I just took the survey I was invited to take through my SparkMail. I think the page is worth looking at if you suffer Arthritis and I don't know many who don't have some arthritis even if limited.

It seems to be mostly common sense information but I would like to make sure everyone has a chance to read it. Not everyone receives SparkMail.

    That had some good info. Some I knew and some I didn't. My posture is not the best when sitting, but you can believe I will be stiing up straight now. LOL

    Great advice to be gleaned from this article, Linda! I have arthritis in some of my joints, where there's been uneven wear 'n' tear due to a faulty gait. Always eager to learn new tips, so this is much appreciated! - Susan
