Alright - I tried it..."Smoothie with Spinach? Hell to the no," I always thought. But these women were glowing, glowing, glowing. I had to try.

CONFESSION - It was delish.

I used:
1 frozen banana
1 cup vanilla soy milk
1 TB natural peanut butter
2 cups spinach

If I can get into the habit of making these in the mornings, I'll add wheatgrass or flax or chia or whatever the hell the cool kids are putting in their smoothies these days.

Also got a good workout in this morning - 30 minutes elliptical and lower body weights.

    This was good? Did you taste the spinach or did the peanut butter cover the flavor. I mean I love spinach but the combo is just strange. I'm going to take your word on this and try.
