New, Huge, Bright Yellow Stability Ball

Monday, November 30, 2009

I had a tiny exercise ball, but just got a huge reinforced one that accommodates all sorts of exercises. Plus, I love to stretch out my spine on it. Looking forward to using it with several new DVD's. I have a mini-gym at my place, so there's no excuse for not revving this weight loss process up. Except laziness. Have a good day, sparkfriends.

LOL I bought one and we have bonded in as far as I will look at the box. I have yet to take it out of the box. I just have this image of me having all of this fun working out with it then it popping and me slamming to the floor or me thinking I know what I am doing and it flying out from under me. LOL It's funny that I am terrified of a blow up ball but I am.

I love my stability ball! It's a great chair, back stretcher, weight bench, bouncey toy, Enjoy! Love the color.

Very nice. I love stability balls, but I tend to play more than exercise with them.
