P90X Lean: Day 1

Four days after I took my P90X 30 day progress pics, I separated my shoulder while roughhousing on the beach. For a week, I was in a sling and for two more weeks I couldn't move my arm without extreme pain. I've been able to take my shirt off unassisted for a little over a week now so I decided that today would be my starting off day for working out again.

I've gained back 4 pounds and all the inches I lost in the first round. it's a little discouraging but I know that P90X works and I know I can bring it. I decided to do Lean because there is less resistance training and I figured it would give my shoulder a little more time to recuperate.

Day 1 pics will be up soon. I got a cool new Myotape measuring tape so I know I'll have good accurate measurements too.
