Progress - Week 1

With my first week after my change-up complete, I'm happy to report that it went well. Even for being Thanksgiving week.
At this point, I don't know what my weight did as my weigh in day has always been Tuesday. My guess is that I didn't gain any weight. I will be pleasantly surprised if I lost and okay if I stayed the same.
Nutrition wise, I stayed with in my calorie range every day, except for Thanksgiving. I also made my calorie burned goal for the week also. I went over by 200 calories burned.
I also made a small goal to be in the top ten in fitness minutes for the month of November. Right now, I'm at 10. Unfortunately I missed a workout yesterday and today, I will be helping my hubby with painting at two of our rental units. Even though I won't be working out at the gym or at home on our treadmill, I'll be moving and burning, so I will be wearing my monitor watch and log my minutes and calorie burn from there today.
There are somethings that I could have done better. Which I made a mental note of and will work on those this week. And hopefully, this week and each week from here on out, will get better and better.
On a sad note - I will not be working out with my trainer this week or next as he will be gone for this weeks' PT day and I will be out of town next week. Which means the following week, I will need to manage 2 days with him
