I will dance 30-60 minutes a day and 20 minute of intense cardio. Today I have already done my intense cardio. I will add before and after picture. Time till i will take the after picture of the differences will be 2 weeks. So lets start!!
I will get fit and lose weight! I will stay focused and on track!!!!
also once week ill ride with my bike 24 km if weather allows.
Next measuring and weight-in will be on 14th December.
