It seems I have finally found the Motivation to Work Out! I'm not sure exactly what it was, but I finally decided I was just tired of always being tired. On Monday I went and signed up at the Gym. To make sure I actually STAY committed, i signed up with a personal trainer once a week. To my surprise- they are going to give me a trainer 2x a week for the first 3 months so I can really get going- no extra charge! Woo Hoo- BONUS!
I never knew how BADLY out of shape I really am. This time, though-I'm being smart! i don't care how long it takes me to get to my goal- I'm going slow. I will only weigh once a month, and I'm covering all bases! I will strength train with the trainer 2 days a week- Yoga(for flexibility and Core) 2 x a week, and Cardio 4-5 days a week.
It's on my schedule, So it will be a scheduled appointment, like any other. I really have no excuse as I have a very flexible schedule.
This week, i was at the gym 4 days. haven't started the Yoga yet- that will be Monday.
I also have started to track my food- but I am NOT going to obsess over the food thing. I am going to go small. One week at a time. this time- unlike other times- I actually think I can do it!
Wish me luck and I'll keep you updated. Maybe not every day- but, let's say Twice a week!
