Winter POA

I've been fairly pleased with my progress so far, but an honest look in the mirror says that my butt is huge. Sooo, I need to get on the treadmill much more often (as much as I love swimming for my cardio), and work my glutes. I want to continue watching the fat intake. I also need to find ways of raising my potassium intake and take my D and calcium supplements per doctor's orders. The rest is just keepin on keepin on....

    You can do it! Changing exercise is hard, but often something we need to do to get the results we want.

  Get some nice comfy arch supports or gel inserts. I have to have them but they feel wonderful. I just found a new pr at walmart for 4 bucks. Super stoked. You can do it. You are always following through!!! Keep up the good work. :)
