This has been such an excruciatingly LONG day!

First thing this a.m. I weighed in and found out I lost FOUR POUNDS this week! Woo HOO! Can't wait to tell my SparkFamily! Wait and wait and wait...here I am almost MIDNIGHT sharing the excitement! Sheesh it's frustrating not to be able to shout out to you all for such a long time!

This week I got nervous when a visit to Old Country Buffet over the weekend put my calories up to around 3200...so I buckled down to 1200-1500 since and voila! 205 is an awfully SWEET number! :-) I think the cycling of calories UP and DOWN has been helping me out.

Although I may not be able to pop in on my Friend Feed as I would like throughout the day, I sure carry your support with me throughout my day! So in the spirit of Thanksgiving I wanted to share these thoughts from Marlene of MotivateUs.com:
