My challenge for my team this week was to come up with a plan they could use on TG to avoid overeating. I think that's what we all need to do. Let's enjoy, but let's not overeat.
Here are 3 things that I know will help me:
1. Eat a really good breakfast : )
2. Drink more than my usual amount of water
3. Eat SLOWLY!
If you eat enough in the morning, you won't be so hungry come dinner time.
If you drink more water, you won't be so hungry either.
If you eat slowly, your tummy can be informed of the duty it has to perform (remember it takes 20 minutes for the stomach to recognize that food is there). So bite, chew, say a few words than go for the next bite : )
