I had a hysterectomy yesteday, so I will be unable to workout for a while. I will try to take a walk tomorrow to see how it feels, but I will have to start slow. I'm looking into doing the fat flush diet/cleanse for 2 weeks while I recuperate since I can't really workout during that time. My surgeon thought it would be fine since it has enough calories and nutrients. It should help me determine what my food allergies and sensitivities are too. I'm also thinking about maybe doing couck to 5k again with a faster running speed, or maybe the FIRST training method, along with strength training once I'm ready for those things. I have my fingers and toes crossed that my recovery is swift and I can start working out soon!
