Let me first start out by saying hello to all my spark friends I hope all is well. Did you complete what you set out to complete today whether it be staying within your calories, exercising, strength training, playing with the kids, etc. WELL DID YOU?
Secondly I have to say just how much Chalean Extreme Rocks. No I am not getting any kind of monetary support for saying this, but I just had to say it. I am only on day 10and I can feel a difference already. I may not be lifting what Chalean is lifting but I sure do know how to make my 7.5lb weights feel like 25lbs.
I had a plan this morning and for the most part I stuck to it. I set out to do Burn Circuit 2 this morning and I did it so
I set out to stay within my calorie range and so far so good
I set out to actually put my all into those awful push-ups and I did so
I did 8 pushups I am working my way up to the full set.
I set out to take time for myself and I did it
You see sometimes we beat ourselves up for what we didn't too and we don't give ourselves credit for what we did do. So if you did anything you set out to do today then give yourself a pat on the back.
