I am walking every day at least 30 minutes. I really appreciate every one who comments on my blog. I have cut out coffee and any added salt from my food plan. I started this Saturday after my physical at my Doctor.
He said I just have to cut out the Pot of coffee I had been drinking and I had been eating way too much salt. No more salted chips.

    good for you for making this commitment to your health. Caffeine and salt also make you retain water, so giving these up you'll probably see that scale moving down fast! good luck to you, i'd love to know how it goes. I gave up salt about two years ago and now am very sensitive to it, so if I order something at a restaurant it's almost always unbearably salty unless I specify. there are seasoning salts out there with no salt, I think mrs dash has one, and its great on EVERYTHING! eggs, chicken, beef, casseroles, you won't miss salt at all!
