Exercising More, Managing My Growing Appetite

Just when I have gotten some aspects under control, here comes another challenge. (smiling) Exercising more makes me hungrier. It's that simple. And sticking to healthier foods is a smart choice, but I sometimes feel that all this hard work entitles me to eat whatever I want. I'm hungry and have to learn how to compensate for the hunger. Probably more protein.
