its apparent that my old fit body is not motivation enough to get my arse in gear. I love LOVE my sleep and cant seem to wake up early enough to work out. Doesn't help that the kids and i are up early enough as it is...i need a new routine NOW fast! I am determined lacking follow through...how does that work? Simply because i tell myself EVERYDAY that i am gonna do this ... i tell myself every night YOU WILL WAKE UP and work out...i really do have motivation but apparently i need more. HOw is it possible to take care of two kids all on my own and keep the house clean, food in their belly's ect ect ect and have an extreme solid workout WITHOUT going to the gym(they are too young to leave them at home and i dont want to jepordize any time that i have with them by dropping them in at the gym's daycare)....i need major help and a major lifestyle makeover!
