Yesterday was a good day for low impact exercise. I went to the gym twice. In the morning I did 45 minutes on the treadmill and then my usual strength training routine.

I went back to the gym at 6:00 PM to put in another 45 minutes on the treadmill for a total of an hour and a half of walking yesterday.

Today will be a rest day and I will run on Sunday.
