So, here it is. I sucked up my pride and stepped on that scale, grabbed those calipers, pulled out that tape measure and looked at the damage I have done. I'm here to tell you, folks, it was no bueno. But it's just more reason to hit the gym, get busy doing something other than eating, and shedding those pounds once and for all!! Here are the numbers...
Weight: 143...ouch!
Skinfold: 18mm=27% body fat (average)
Pounds of fat=38.61
Pounds of lean mass=104.39
Bust-36.0in
Waist-29.5in
Low waist-33in
Hips-38.5in
R Thigh-23.25in
L Thigh-23.25in
R Arm-11.125in
L Arm-11in

All righty. I told myself I wouldn't do my measurements this week but my curiosity got the best of me so here it is. My skin fold measurements are WAY down bringing my LBM up and my fat lbs down. I'm pretty sure that's wrong due to my own error. Maybe I should practice using my Accu Measure calipers some more. The good news is I DID lose weight and a tiny bit of inches dispite my Holiday binge session.
Weight-139.6 (down 3.4 lbs)
Skin Fold-15mm (down 3mm)
Body fat %-24.22 (Average) (down 2.78%)
Fat Lbs-33.8 (down 4.81 lbs).
LBM-105.79 (up 1.4 lbs)
(disregard the previous four measurements. I think I messed up the skin fold)
Bust-35.5in (down 1/2 in...of course :))
L Arm-11in (same)
R Arm-11.125in (same)
Waist-29.125in (down .375 in)
Low Waist- 32.875 in (down .125 in)
Hips- 38.25 (down .25 in)
R Thigh-23 in (down .25 in)
L Thigh- 23.25 (same)

This week went really well. I went a whole seven days staying in my calorie and workout goals and schedules. The only thing that was bugging me was that I wasn't really seeing much of a difference in my body. It makes more sense now. I only lost a little over a pound but that's the perfect pace and will insure that I don't as little muscle as possible. Here's where I stand now...
Weight: 138.4 (Down 1.2 lbs)
Skin Fold: 16mm (Down 2 mm)
Body Fat: 25.07% (Down 1.93%)
Fat Pounds: 34.69688 (Down 3.91312 lbs)
LBM: 103.70312 (Down .68688 lbs)
Bust: 35 in (Down .5 in)
Right Arm: 11.125 in (same)
Left Arm: 11 in (same)
Waist: 28.375 in (Down .75 in)
Low Waist: 32 in (Down .875 in)
Hips: 38.25 (Same...ugh)
Right Thigh: 23 in (Same...big ugh)
Left Thigh: 23.25 in (Same...super big ugh)
