My Thanksgiving plan of attack!

We will be headed to my parents for Thanksgiving weekend, so I have decided to double up on some P90X workouts, so that I will not miss any workouts and can continue on with my week as if I had never left. I am currently on my recovery week and then I will be going into Week 9. It's hard to believe I have been doing this for 8 wks, almost 9. Anyway, I am feeling good so let's keep going. I am due to finish my program Dec 30 but I will be away at my parents from the 20th to the 27th, so I think I will try to finish my last week early as well. (This doesn't mean I won't be doing any exercise, it just means no P90X.) I still walk daily while I am there.

    Having a plan it what makes us get through the "hard times". This will be my first Thanksgiving with my new lifestyle... I'm reading everyone's plans and what I've learned it's important to HAVE ONE! LOL Yours sounds great! Good luck! emoticon
