My Thanksgiving Menu

BAKED TURKEY W/ DRESSINGS & GRAVY
BAKED BEEF RIBS
GREENS
STRING BEANS
BUTTERNUT SQUASH
BAKED MACARONI & CHEESE
BAKED MASHED POTATOES

HOMEMADE CAKES- VANILLA, PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN
WHOLE WHEAT ROLLS &
CINNAMON ROLLS
JUICE,, WINE, BEER & WATER

I will be eating for about a week and I will gain about 5 lbs. I shall enjoy every minute of it. I will only miss 2 day of working out at the most., Thanksgiving day the the day after.

Congratz on your cooking and baking skills. You've obviously done this before.

Oh, that spread makes me homesick. I grew up with so much homemade food. One of my bro's liked to take mustard and ketchup sandwiches to school. The teacher said she'd be worried if she didn't know what my mom put in her bread, lots of good stuff.

    There is nothing wrong with enjoying a holiday meal, especially when you already know what is in store for you. You are ready for it, you are willing to put the time in afterwards to work off what you put on and your attitude is right up there! Sounds like you got it all under control so y ou go girl!!!!!!!!
