My Thanksgiving Menu

BAKED MACARONI & CHEESE
BAKED MASHED POTATOES
HOMEMADE CAKES- VANILLA, PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN
WHOLE WHEAT ROLLS &
CINNAMON ROLLS
JUICE,, WINE, BEER & WATER
I will be eating for about a week and I will gain about 5 lbs. I shall enjoy every minute of it. I will only miss 2 day of working out at the most., Thanksgiving day the the day after.
